This was the most delicious and decedent chocolate cake that I have ever made. Deep, dark, moist chocolate cake filled with whipped ganache, topped with a dark poured ganache, and then decorated with chocolate buttercream icing. The gum paste flowers represent the first daffodils that I have made. This cake was a wonderful crowd pleaser for my friend, Carol the master gardener's, 50th birthday party.
