Hummingbirds and Cherry Blossoms

This Rich, Chocolate cake is filled with Whipped Chocolate Ganache and fresh Raspberries, covered in a silky Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing and wrapped in White Chocolate Fondant.  The tree is made of Chocolate Modeling Clay and it is covered in gumpaste cherry blossoms.  The gum paste hummingbirds are in flight and drinking deeply from the sweet cherry blossoms on the top of the cake.
