Snow People Winter Birthday Cake

This birthday cake was for 2 women and 2 boys. The entire cake and the snow people were completely edible, except for their arms. The cake was a White Velvet Cake with White Chocolate Cream Cheese icing. The snow people were made out of cake, and fondant, with a little bit of buttercream icing for the snowballs! The snow bunkers were formed out of rice crispy treats and covered with fondant.
