Neapolitan Tuxedo Cake, with a Twist!

This was a twist on my Tuxedo Cake: Dark Decedent Chocolate cake on the bottom layers, Sour Cream White cake on the top layers and a yummy Raspberry Cream filling. I made 4 gum paste Cymbidium Orchids and 8 roses. Gum paste swirly's and a fountain-like topper made with glass beads, (that will now become earrings and necklace for the new Bride!) The color matched the wedding theme color perfectly! *A very special note about this cake is that the Groom came to the cake consultation, by himself, and planned ALL of the details of this cake, as a surprise to his beautiful bride. Awwwwwww.
